Ice Cream Mini Gel Operating Instructions

Our team will deliver the machine and provide six 1-liter cartons of ice cream mix.

Approximately 2 to 3 hours before your event begins, please follow these steps:

1. Pour the contents of all six cartons into the machine's tank, filling it to the top (it will not overflow).
2. Carefully slide the lid back into place until it clicks (the machine will not operate unless the lid is correctly secured).
3. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
4. Press and hold the alarm reset button on the left for 7 seconds.
5. Use the + or - buttons on the right to set the display to 4 bars which should show 7.0 degress on screen, which is the optimal setting for the ice cream.
