Brilliant experience with the whole team. Had to change the date of our event three times and I felt terrible but it wasn’t an issue for them at all! So easy to book online and they call you the day before with a time. The lads we had dropping and collecting the castles were absolutely lovely to deal with and so friendly. My first time to use this company but absolutely will not be my last! We got the toddler soft play area and the jungle castle .. make sure you do your measurements because the soft play is huuuuuge!! Absolutely brilliant day was had and everyone loved the soft play area for something different at a party.

Have ordered bouncy castles and games from partyzone for a number of years for our community days. Have always had great experiences with them. Price is always excellent, they're always on time for drop off and collection and any staff I've spoken to have been lovely.

I was very happy with the service provided. The customer service was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and responsive throughout. The setup was reliable and everything went smoothly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. We booked a bouncy castle, giant lego and connect four.

We got the jungle safari soft play package and it was amazing! My son loved it so much. All the kids had a great time. Delivery was spot on and collection was seamless. Would definitely use this company again. Couldn’t recommend enough!
